Stove Delivery Information

We offer FREE one man delivery service to all UK mainland addresses, some of our competitors charge as much as £80 for delivery to remote postcodes so this is a huge saving.

We also offer a two man delivery service on many of our stoves for a small fee. If you need the delivery men to carry your stove into the room of your choice and allow you to check the items over before you accept delivery ask our despatch team about our two man delivery service.

How much does stove delivery cost?

Our standard one man delivery is FREE. All the prices on our website include VAT and delivery to UK mainland addresses and Northern Ireland, so there’s no hidden extras.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to all UK addresses. The price you see advertised is the price you pay, all our prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery to all UK mainland addresses. If you live in Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight or other offshore islands please call to confirm we can deliver to your address and if there’s any extra delivery charge.

How do we deliver?

We use a national pallet delivery service.

When will we deliver?

Once you have ordered your stove we will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. This will allow you to choose the day for delivery and we will also call you 1 hour before delivery.

If you need your stove in a hurry then we can arrange for a next day delivery service. Please call us on 01524 733219 to arrange next day stove delivery.

What is required when the goods arrive?

We will call you before delivery to arrange a convenient day and time for you to accept delivery, at this point we will fully explain the delivery process to you but it is important you follow these instructions. It is required that the goods are inspected before they are signed for and any damage noted on the Proof of Delivery form as well as reported to our office by calling 01524 733219 whilst the driver is still there.

If there is any damage we will instruct you as to what to do, you may be asked to accept the goods and we will send replacement parts or we may ask you to reject the goods and we will send you a replacement. It all depends on the type of goods you’ve ordered and what the damage is. It is a good idea that the person accepting delivery is capable of checking the goods over and potentially been capable of opening the packaging to inspect the goods.
