The NEO 1C is everything you would expect from a fully featured contemporary stove but has the benefit of DEFRA approval allowing you to burn wood in smoke controlled areas. An optional multi-fuel grate enables you to burn smokeless fuel too giving you versatility when it comes to fuel type.

The NEO 1C has a glazed front door which is kept clean by a powerful airwash and has the benefit of a convenient storage cupboard beneath which is handy for storing kindling and logs.

As with all Neo stoves, the ashpan slides out towards you to enable the lid to be fitted to the ashpan. Then simply lift the ashpan out and carry outside, safe in the knowledge that the ashes are not going to blow around in the wind.

Delivery Info

Free Delivery

If the goods are showing 24hr or 48hr delivery then this is the quickest time we’re able to deliver these items. When you’re going through the checkout process you’ll be asked to select a delivery date. The goods will be delivered on this day.

It’s an all day delivery but we do request that the driver calls one hour before he’s due to arrive. The goods will arrive on a lorry that is about the size of a fire engine, so if you have restricted access please let us know in advance.

The lorry will have a tail lift that allows the driver to get the stove off the vehicle, the stove will be packed on a pallet and the driver will have a pallet truck. He’ll be able to wheel the pallet (stove) as close as possible to your property, if you have a garage he’ll be able to wheel it into there for you.

The pallet truck can only be wheeled over a finished surface so it’s not possible to wheel it over a gravelled drive nor is it possible to wheel up or down steps.

The pallets are normally about a 1m wide so this is the minimum width gate they can fit through. Please note that the driver is not insured to unpack or carry the stove into your house.

Two Man Delivery (£60)

For an additional £60 charge, our two man delivery service is available. The goods will be delivered by two men who will carry your stove into the room of your choice.

They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it’s safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat please inform us before hand to avoid any issues during delivery.

The two-man delivery normally takes 5 – 10 working days to be delivered from dispatch. Once the goods are in stock, you will be contacted and delivery arranged.
